We came based on over 2,000 reviews with a 4.8-star rating, but our experience fell far short of that expectation. The broth was average at best, and the temperatures were completely inconsistent—one bowl arrived hot, while the other was served at room temperature, which I’ve never experienced with ramen before. Service was equally disappointing. We explicitly ordered one dish with thick noodles and one with thin, but both arrived with thin noodles. When we pointed this out, instead of acknowledging the mistake or offering a solution—such as bringing out a small portion of the correct noodles—the waiter tried to dismiss it by arguing there wasn't much difference between the two. To top it off, my order included an egg I never asked for. Overall, both the food and the service were below average, and I wouldn't recommend this spot. False 4.8 rating. Try it and see. Come back and correct me. 2 stars because they got the drink right.

I ordered the black garlic ramen. It looks decent at first glance but if you look closely it is completely drowning in chili oil, like noodles drenched in grease soup rather than ramen. The black garlic was also nothing like real black garlic; this looked and tasted like RAW garlic with black sesame or other black food coloring. Overall, this was the worst bowl of ramen I’ve ever eaten. However the service was exceptional and the waitress was very attentive and efficient, I wish I would’ve gotten her name to highlight in this review.

I ordered Chicken breast Ramen . The Chicken tasted like cheap HOSPITAL style food. Didn't eat it . Noodles good , soup was ehh . Service was excellent Gyozas were excellent 💯 Pepsi was good. Chicken bowl 👎. Will i recommend NO. Ps restroom stink like urine 10% but clean . No parking . Pay on public parking .

First time trying this place since we're visiting the area for vacation. Great customer service. Food is tasty and and food portions. My family created our own ramen and order an appetizer of sea salt edamame. Place got busy pretty fast after we've arrived. Definitely a place to go for good food.

Went to this place with my coworker. This place has a great atmosphere! Very lively and beautifully decorated, very friendly service. They also have outside seating! We got steamed dumplings and takoyaki to share. We both got the build your own Ramen, which was a decent size and pricing is normal for California!
